Please provide a 500-word paper outlining at least three major problems that create legal vulnerability (exposure) for the hospitality industry. Incorporate at least two sources to support the content, using both internal citations and a reference list.
Begin by identifying academically sound source materials from which you can quote. Define the vulnerabilities you wish to address, and search for reliable sources to support the discussion.
There are many structural ways to weave in this content, but for those of you with limited experience in writing college papers, this sample outline may be of merit:
Introduction (what the paper will cover—generally 1 or 2 paragraphs in length)
Issue 1 (1 or 2 paragraphs)
Issue 2 (1 or 2 paragraphs)
Issue 3 (1 or 2 paragraphs)
Conclusion (this section presents the summary, and ends by highlighting the most significant points made in the overall discussion—1 to 2 paragraphs).
Remember please, that the paper is written in third person voice (no “I,” “me,” “we,” or “they”) and credible citations are required to substantiate the content. Good sources of information include the course textbook, related industry associations, and recently published (five years or less) textbooks. The typed paper should be three to pages in length, not counting the cover page and reference page.
Submit the paper to me through the course Assignment Dropbox, or if it does not appear on your screen, by private e-mail. The document is not to be posted for the full class to view. Upholding deadlines is an important professional value, so please submit your work on time. Late papers may be subject to penalties or not accepted, per the syllabus.
